Return Policy

If you received an item and want to exchange it for a different size, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and the correct size. The exchange will be processed with the shipping of the new item to be paid by the customer. 

If you wish to return item(s), send an email to info@fabknits.com within 5 days from the delivery date for store credit in the amount of the item(s) returned. The item(s) must be in unused condition. The email must include the order and item number of the product(s).

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email info@fabknits.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The email must include the order number, item number and a picture of the item of concern. The replacement item will be sent free of charge.
